2. Reductions
• Children – born 2009 - 2016
• Children born 2017 and younger = Free (only available at the ticket office, on presentation of a document)
• Seniors born 1945 and older = Free (only available at the ticket office, on presentation of a document)
• Disabled persons over 60% of disability = receive a reduced price upon presentation of the disability card at the cash desk
3. general information
- Persons over the age of 18 are entitled to order online tickets.
By accepting the ticket for the minor child, the adult recipient declares that he/she is aware of the provisions for passengers and accepts them without restriction, assumes responsibility for the child's use of the facilities and ensures that use of the facilities takes place under direct supervision.
- Discounts of any kind are only granted on presentation of a valid ID. Self-declarations will not be accepted. The person interested in the discount must be present at the ticket office.
- Group discounts for groups of 20 persons or more on request.
No discounts or free tickets are granted on special offers. - If there is an overlap between high and low season, the ticket office computer will calculate a mixed price.
- The online tickets remain the property of Neue Rosskopf GmbH until payment has been received in full and only become valid once the full amount has been received. The seller also reserves the right to block the validity of the tickets as part of automated processing.
- Only standard tickets and prices are offered in the online store. Discounts are only granted when tickets are purchased at the ticket office
4 Prices, terms of purchase and delivery
- All tickets are strictly personal and are neither transferable nor exchangeable. In order to ensure that the ticket is assigned to a person, the ticket system automatically records photos each time a lift is accessed. These photos are automatically deleted when the ticket expires.
- Subsequent exchange for another ticket or extension or postponement of the period of validity is not possible. Lost, stolen, intentionally damaged or withdrawn tickets will not be replaced.
- Selected age categories must correspond to the truth and must be confirmed by means of identification in the event of any checks at the entrances to the facilities or at the ticket offices
- Any misuse will result in the immediate withdrawal of the ticket. We reserve the right to take civil and criminal action
- By purchasing the ticket, the guest accepts our conditions of carriage and sale.
5 Validity
- Online tickets are only valid on the specified days, at the relevant facilities or installations and during normal operating hours. The validity of the ticket expires after the selected date of use.
- When purchasing the tickets, the customer must check that they correspond to their request. It is not possible to subsequently change the tickets already purchased or to extend their duration
6. withdrawal/return
- No ticket - of any kind whatsoever - will be refunded, even partially, if the purchaser is unable to use it for any reason.
Similarly, no refund or replacement will be made in the event of loss, destruction or wear and tear, with the exception of worn but still recognizable tickets, which must be presented at the ticket office for replacement.
- There is no entitlement to a refund of the difference if a ticket is consumed less, as these are all-inclusive offers
- In the event of waiting times for access to the facilities, for whatever reason, in the event of technical or weather-related interruptions to operation and in the event of non-use of the facilities due to events that are not attributable to gross negligence on the part of our company, there is no entitlement to reimbursement or compensation, not even in part
- In the event of accident or illness, reimbursement may be granted, but only with a medical certificate.
- In the event of interruption of operations, bad weather, closure of lifts, unforeseen suspension of operations and early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund.
7 Liability
- The general transportation conditions of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano apply.
- The operator is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the facilities, nor for the consequences of improper behavior of the users during the use of the facilities and the areas belonging to them.
- The mountain environment and nature in which you find yourself and the changing natural conditions that characterize it, as well as the practice of hiking, involve a risk that is inherent in the nature of this sporting activity.
The purchase of the ticket and the use of the facilities imply the knowledge of these contingencies and the acceptance of all the conditions set out in these conditions of sale.
It is therefore not possible for customers to claim compensation for accidents resulting from any of the following causes, which are listed here as examples:
- Changing weather conditions;
- Fluctuations in gradient;
- Ground conditions (wet, etc.);
- Ground conditions (stones, unevenness, branches or potholes);
- Collision with the lifts;
- Collision with a cyclist
- Carelessness of hikers
- Use of hiking trails not indicated
8. operating times
- No compensation for operating restrictions of any kind. There is no liability for all facilities being in operation.
- At the beginning and end of the season, lifts may be closed and limited operation may be possible. The tickets are valid until the end of the season of each year at those lifts where the lift is in operation.

Any legal proceedings concerning the validity or execution of the contract of carriage or of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by Italian law; the courts of Bolzano - Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
