HOW CAN I BUY A TICKET ONLINE?

The process is very simple. Register and select the tickets you wish to purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with the tickets and the QR code on your smartphone.

You do not need a ticket, but can simply use your smartphone (or the printed confirmation) to pass through the access controls on the second floor.

Registration is not required for future purchases. Your data is saved so that you don't have to re-enter all your details.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with every order.

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF MY BOOKING?

The system automatically sends a confirmation of the booking to the e-mail address you used when registering. The confirmation contains information about each ticket you have purchased.

With the tickets received on your e-mail, you can use the QR code on the confirmation message to go directly through the access controls at the lifts, so you don't have to go to the ticket machine or ticket counter.

IS THERE A SURCHARGE FOR DOGS AND BIKES?

There is a surcharge of € 5.00 per dog and bike.

CAN WHEELCHAIR USERS USE THE CABLE CAR?

Yes, wheelchair users can use the 10-seater gondola lift at 1860m.

However, this is not possible with the panorama lift at 2120 m.
