Skiers must follow the current FIS regulations on the slopes. Uncontrolled behavior or misuse of the ski pass will result in its withdrawal. The general transport conditions of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano apply. By purchasing the ski pass, the guest acknowledges our transport and sales conditions, which are displayed at each station and ticket office. The conditions are also valid for all tickets purchased on site.
4. Refunds
A refund may be granted in the case of an accident or illness. The refund amount is calculated based on the price of the used ski days. The refund is processed at the ticket office by computer. A certificate from a local doctor or hospital must be presented for any refund. There are no refunds for day passes. No refunds are granted in case of service interruptions, bad weather, closure of slopes or toboggan runs, or unforeseen early departure.
5. Rescue Service
The slope safety and rescue service monitors only the marked and open slopes. Daily monitoring ends with the last slope inspection (see posted signs). We inform you that an administrative fee between €50.00 and €250.00 will be charged for the first aid and transport of injured persons. Accidents can be reported at all lift stations, restaurants, and ski pass offices. The costs for air ambulance services are invoiced separately by the South Tyrol Health Service. Rescue and evacuation costs are generally covered by insurance; therefore, we recommend verifying your insurance status.
6. Liability Insurance
Since January 1, 2022, a new winter sports decree has been in effect in Italy, requiring liability insurance for all winter sports participants on ski slopes. This also applies to tobogganers and winter hikers crossing slopes or using toboggan runs. This insurance is not included in the ski pass but can be purchased online through our partner ITAS: www.itasnow.it/A081.
7. Slopes and Toboggan Run Closed from 5:00 PM to 8:30 AM
We remind all guests that the slopes and toboggan run are closed at 5:00 PM by the slope safety authorities. After this time, slope grooming machines are in operation, some of which use tensioned steel cables that may not be easily visible. Anyone who remains on the slopes or toboggan run after 5:00 PM assumes full responsibility.
8. Information in Accordance with GDPR Photocompare
Please note that, for access control purposes, a reference photo of the lift pass holder will be taken when initially passing through a turnstile equipped with a camera. This reference photo is compared by lift personnel with subsequent photos taken each time a camera-equipped turnstile is crossed. The reference photo will be deleted after the validity of the lift pass has expired.
