In case of accident or illness refund can be granted, provided that the ticket is deposited at the office and a medical certificate is shown. If the ticket is returned later than 10.00 o’clock a.m., the day concerned is counted as a whole day of use. In all cases, a certificate issued by a local physician or hospital must be submitted for reimbursement. The doctor’s certificate must state that the owner of the skipass can no longer ski as a result of the injury. Accompanying people or family members have no right to refunding. No refunding is possible for hourly passes, half-day and day passes.
In case of business interruption, bad weather and blocking of slopes as well as in case of unforeseen departure there is no right to a refund.

This is obligatory for everyone for tobogganing as well as for skiing since the winter season 2021.
Rescue service (winter) | The ski-slope safety and the rescue service monitors only the marked and opened slopes. The daily monitoring ends with the last runway control. We point out that in the case of first aid and evacuation of injured persons, a contribution of € 200.00 will be charged. For smaller services, which are made directly in the areas of the ski-slope safety and in their immediate environment, € 50,00 will be
