HOW CAN I BUY LIFT TICKETS ONLINE?

The online purchase is very easy. You have to login on the portal, choose the type of ticket to buy, and then go to our cash desk near the valley station „Rosskopf“ with the confirmation email or the QR code on your smartphone. There you will receive your ski pass.

If you only bought single trips, you can use the barcode that you will receive on the ticket receipt email. You can print it and take it with you or use it directly from a mobile device. Our gates are equipped with a reader for both cases.
Next time you want to make other purchases, you can avoid registering your personal data again: the system will store them and allow a faster and easier procedure.

In any case the system will send you a receipt email.

RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION?

The system will send a confirmation e-mail to the address used for registration in which the information relating to the purchase is reported (ticket header, ticket type, fare).

If it is a purchase without a card, present this receipt to the ticket office to collect your card (a deposit of € 5 is required) or go to the automatic cash point and pass the code. If you bought single trips, you can use the barcode that you will receive on the ticket receipt email. You can print it and take it with you or use it directly from a mobile device. CAN I GET A REFUND?

In case of accident or illness refund can be granted, provided that the ticket is deposited at the office and a medical certificate is shown. If the ticket is returned later than 10.00 o’clock a.m., the day concerned is  counted as a whole day of use. In all cases, a certificate issued by a local physician or hospital must be submitted for reimbursement. The doctor’s certificate must state that the owner of the skipass can no longer ski as a result of the injury. Accompanying people or family members have no right to refunding. No refunding is possible for hourly passes, half-day and day passes.

In case of business interruption, bad weather and blocking of slopes as well as in case of unforeseen departure there is no right to a refund.

WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?

This is obligatory for everyone for tobogganing as well as for skiing since the winter season 2021.

Rescue service (winter) | The ski-slope safety and the rescue service monitors only the marked and opened slopes. The daily monitoring ends with the last runway control. We point out that in the case of first aid and evacuation of injured persons, a contribution of € 200.00 will be charged. For smaller services, which are made directly in the areas of the ski-slope safety and in their immediate environment, € 50,00 will be
charged.
